This Antique Kodak No 3 Folding Brownie Camera Model A Camera features red bellows, mahogany wood and brass and chrome accents. The bellows have no rips or tears and retain their deep red color. Serial number 19701-P. This camera comes with a "shot" roll of film inside that is intact. We are so curious as to what this might reveal when developed!
This Brownie model featured imitation leather covering a wood body. Since this camera is 113 years old, there are a few rips in this faux leather covering. You can also see where the wood corners have been rounded by years of handling. The leather handle is intact, but the leather is worn. It comes with the original wood film roll holder and the winder works.
The lens is clean and the shutter works on this beautiful old camera. The brass is tarnishing in places, but overall its in pretty good shape for its age.
The Kodak No 3 Folding Brownie Camera produces 3 1/4 X 4 1/4" photos using Kodak 124 film. The lens is a Meniscus Achromat Or Rapid Rectilinear. The shutters are F.P K. Automatic Or Ball Bearing.
