This line of wax seals is the highest quality for non-antique seals we've ever used. In fact, they were chosen as by His Royal Highness the Duke of Kent as the official seal stamps for his household.

(The manufacturer uses a CNC router.) The medallions are made of brass and are screwed into the wooden handle.

The wax seal stamps come with a Vegan suede, drawstring pouch.

Instructions for use:

The easiest way to use these sealing wax bars is to melt them with a long-handled lighter. If you use a candle, you will get black charred residue on the wax, which will discolor your wax seal.

To prepare you wax seal stamp for use, spray cooking oil spray on a soft, clean, cloth. Then rub the wax seal stamp on the cloth before use. Make sure that there are no fibers from the cloth on the seal before use. This way the wax won't stick to the seal. When you use the seal, wait until the wax cools a little bit, then press the seal and count to ten before removing.

Tudor Rose Wax Seal Stamp

The Tudor Rose is an English Renaissance-era symbol and evokes the time of Shakespeare and Elizabethan England.

On his marriage, Henry VII of England adopted the Tudor rose badge conjoining the White Rose of York and the Red Rose of Lancaster. This was to celebrate the end of the War of the Roses in 1485. The crowned and slipped Tudor Rose is used as the plant badge of England. The Tudor Dynasty ruled England from 1485 until the death of Queen Elizabeth the First in 1603.
